At He5 Solutions, we are committed to providing top-quality products to our clients. If for any reason a client is dissatisfied with our services, we offer a refund within 35 days from the date of the initial payment installment, minus any hourly charges for work that has been completed and charges paid for any third party integrations
However, please note that we cannot offer a refund
- If the design mockup has already been approved
- If we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
- Additionally, refunds will not be given if project delays are caused by lack of communication from the client.
If a refund is applicable, we will refund the amount to the same account that was used for the original payment.
Software Development and Software Designing
At He5 Solutions, we invest significant resources, time, and expenses in software design and development projects. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Custom design projects, such as website designs, individual page mockups, and smaller design components within a website, as well as custom development projects, such as PHP programming, software programming, WordPress CMS custom development, Laravel projects, WordPress plugin custom development, HTML static websites, ecommerce websites, etc., are paid in increments as a courtesy to our clients and offered at a discounted rate for those who agree to pay in full. However, if a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, we will retain all amounts paid and may charge an additional fee for work completed beyond what was already paid for. Completed projects, as defined by the scope of work, are non-refundable. If a client has paid only 50% of the project as a down payment and the project is more than 85% completed, the client must pay the full agreed proposal amount to He5 Solutions if the project is canceled or if the client does not respond within 30 days of completion. In this scenario, no refunds will be given.
At He5 Solutions, we are unable to provide refunds for yearly web hosting contracts since the payment is made in advance to a third-party hosting provider and the server is configured according to the client’s needs. However, for monthly or quarterly contracts, clients may cancel their contract by providing us with at least one month’s notice before the renewal date. Once the account is renewed, clients will be responsible for paying for the renewed duration. If a client requests cancellation after entering into a hosting contract, no refund will be provided for the remaining period of the contract.
Once a domain registration is complete, it is not possible to provide refunds.
